    According to chapter four of the 1995 constitution of Uganda, every body is given the right and freedom to enjoy his or her right freely provided such a person does not infringe or damage the rights of any other person, group or state. so i think when people with conscent agree to practice hormosexaulity, it does not in any way derive other people of there rights. However, such an act contradicts with the nature, cultural and religious doctrines. So there is need to adress that comflict
